Delete your account
You can delete your SayClearly account and its data at any time, from this page or from the app. No email required, nothing to wait for.
What gets deleted
- • Your account and sign-in details.
- • Your practice history, scores and streak.
- • Your billing record with us (tier and renewal date).
Deletion is immediate and permanent. We don't keep a copy and can't restore the account afterwards.
What is not deleted
- • Your subscription. Deleting the account does not cancel it, because we can't: cancel it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, in Google Play → Subscriptions, or from your account on the website — whichever you bought it through. Cancel first, then delete.
- • Payment records held by Apple, Google or Stripe, which they are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
- • Anonymous, aggregated usage counts that can't be traced back to you.
Your recordings
We don't store them. Audio is sent for scoring and discarded once the score comes back — there is no recording archive to delete.
